Ben Lansman
Ben joined the Office Agency team at Ashwell Rogers, having completed his A Levels in July 2008. Since joining Ashwell Rogers he has become an integral part of the team, assisting colleagues in both acquisition and disposal projects, large and small.

The Office Agency team is consistently involved in landmark transactions. Through close relationships with its existing clients and from direct recommendations, the Office Agency team continues to expand its portfolio of both clients and agency instructions.
Ben has successfully represented a handful of clients in both the acquisition and disposal of core London stock, having just acquired arguably the best floor at 46 Grosvenor Gardens, SW1, the newly developed office scheme by Medici Asset Management. Bens’ client was Alecta Pensionsforsakring, Omsesidigt, one of Sweden’s largest pension funds.
Ben has built up a sound knowledge of Core London stock, and a clear understanding and opinion of rental and capital values in the various sub-sectors of the market. Among other projects, Ben is currently working alongside Ash Sharma in the disposal of a new dramatic 20,000 sq ft office scheme on behalf of Derwent London Plc. Having been involved from the very start of the scheme, Ben has had input in the advisory role the Team plays on specification of works, finishes and letting strategy as a whole.
