Ash co-founded Ashwell Rogers in January 1996 having been at Chesterton and Michael Laurie Partnership, where he met the other three founding Partners of the firm. He regularly advises a handful of high profile London office occupiers in both their property acquisitions and disposals including Media Square Plc, Afren Plc and Havas Advertising, together with developers and investors such as Derwent London Plc, AXA Real Estate Investment Managers, London and Regional and Aberdeen Asset Managers.
